By accessing and using Sway ("we", "us", or "our") website at sway.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Sway By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect the buyer is underage. Vaping and nicotine products are intended for adults only.
3. Products & Orders
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our discretion. Product images are for illustration purposes — actual products may vary slightly. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. Payment is due upon delivery of your order. We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
5. Delivery Policy
We offer delivery within covered areas in Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery fees may apply based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of vaping products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
7. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms.
8. Referral Program
Our referral program rewards you and your referred friends with discounts on qualifying orders. Referral rewards are subject to change or discontinuation at any time. Abuse of the referral program (self-referrals, fraudulent accounts) will result in immediate account suspension.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to resell our products without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
11. Health Disclaimer
Vaping and nicotine products carry health risks. Our products are intended for adult smokers looking for alternatives to traditional cigarettes. They are not intended as a smoking cessation tool. Please consult a healthcare professional before using nicotine products if you have any medical conditions.
